I first completed a Standard Hirevue interview. I then interviewed over Zoom alongside two other candidates with a panel of workers where I had a behavioral interview, completed a case study, and then presented on a company policy.

Presented with 2 plans for building an airport. Plan A generates more revenue but is more destructive for the environment, is in a more central location. There are 2 loan repayment plans to take as well. Given about 15 minutes, explain which plan is better and why.

They first had 2 pymetrics assesement after CV screening. You can easily prepare for the 1st pymetrics test as their are a lot of videos available on youtube. I didn't like that the company didn't respond back after the 3rd round of interview which is virtual interview.

I applied the late November and conducted the online assessment around December. HR team reached me out the late March for the interview, which is the long time consuming process. Still wait for the final outcomes.
