Online application, few days later a cultural online test, about 2 weeks later got contacted by HR with email interview invite with line manager, few days later another round of interview with department head. Got the offer 1 week after that. The whole process took 1.5 months.
The interview process was normal, with standard questions about the role, personality, relevant skillsets etc., not too easy, but was just walk through your CV types of questions. it took around 1 hr
I have worked at Standard Chartered Bank for a few years. In general, this is a good company. The team members are friendly; yet there are still pros and cons.

Only 2 rounds, not much of a technical interview, more like a cultural fit chat. Hiring manager was clear with what she needed from this role, no ambiguity. However, every team and every hiring manager is different. This should be taken as a pinch of salt.
