Interviews focussed on skills and experience, with pointed questions around technical ability, keeping up to date with regulatory developments and market knowledge around the Bank.

How do you see yourself fit in in the new role, how does your experience transfer, and how would you be able to contribute
20m hr interview.
Quick review current working conditions and salary expectations. Smooth and high efficient.
hr introduces the whole process in detail and overall no difficulty.
Suggestion: prepare well with your demand and seize the opportunity to ask internal structure.
Values based assessment which needed to be completed within 48 hours. This was then followed by three rounds interviews. Interactive and engaging interviews - felt I got to know them as people. HR was keeping me updated every step of the way and made the process smooth.
