Terrible experience. absolutely disconnected interview process between candidate, hiring manager and recruiter. it took 3 months and had 3 rounds. 2nd round took place after 1 month after 1st round, meanwhile recruiter informed me that i wasn't selected in the first round, but some one else called and setup for 2nd and 3rd round. After 3 round no updates for more than a month, and when i contacted the recruiter to know the status since more than month no update, he said they are not moving forward with me. And, no reason was provided. The position they are hiring is VP, a senior management position. I really coudn't believe the entire process and the experience. I applied thru recruiter who contacted me from bangalore. i think it was complete waste of time!! As a candidate if you dont know what you did wrong in the interview when getting rejected, how would it help to improve? I am guessing i was rejected because i contacted the recruiter to know the status couple of time since the process already took more than 3 months and wanted to know the progress. thats all i can guess. if any interview process takes more than 8 weeks, its not worth at all!!
