There are 6 stages of the interview. First 3 tests are situation test, numerical test and pattern test. The following 3 stages are a video interview, interview with hr and interview with colleagues you are going to work with.
Received some tests after application. If you pass the test, you will receive a video interview invitation. The interview was conducted through Hirevue. I had 30s to prepare for each question. Nothing technical!

Entrevista
I saw an a post on LinkedIn. Went to the company webpage to apply. I registered and applied for Financial markets. I was invited to write Numerical and reasoning test. I passed both tests. I was invited to do a video interview. Failed the interview. I emailed HR to give me advice on where did I go wrong. They were happy to respond, they told me that I didn't make the shortlist. I guess there were candidates who were better than me
