One of the worst interview process, initially the HR asked to wait for sometime, I waited for 1 and half hour, then asked him when I will be called, then he asked me haven’t you completed the test. I told you have not asked me too, then he asked me to complete the test. Once I completed, he again lost my resume, then again asked me to wait, even all who came after me were finished. Then, finally seems a stupid took my resume, and he wants to interview me, this stupid don’t even know how to formulate a question, he himself was nervous in communicating to me. Instead of analysing my skills in my resume, he asked something we do in our job once in a blue moon works like how you make your spring boot https enabled. Total blunders in a day. A day is wasted.

Written test is there for any level of experience for 18 or more year of exp its not required, mostly code and algorithm writing , 2 technical round fallowed by manager round then HR
