The SST (Strengths and Superpower Test) are very helpful. The company will sent you an email about your strengths from the test, which you could use to know more about your strengths. The recruitment team are also very responsives and helpful, they are really commited to give the applicant information regarding their recruitment process

Culture Questionnaire, Talent Q Logical Test, Talent Q numerical test, Video assessment - Still waiting on the next phase. The gap between the first 4 stages is very small. I can't comment on the other stages of this process.

5 interviews aptitude test video interview, hr interview, business interview,and md interview the video interview was easy and very precise,the human resource lady was very polite and open to new ideas from me.i am yet to proceed to the business interview.the aptitudetest is a series of questions where they test your reasoning abilities,this includes your ability to tell the next shape or predict a sequence
