Going smooth, interviewer really pay intention to what candidates said and allows us to answer completely if we wanted to. Full english interview, but when interviewer asked candidate to ask them, interviewer answered in Indonesian. Mostly personal question, and common question will be asked.

After passed the online test, the next step was phone interview. I passed, then got invited to head quarter for face to face interview with potential user and group discussion/group interview. Also passed, the last interview was with the member of Board of Director. Passed and then signed contract.

The interview is an online zoom interview followed after completion of the online tests for numeral and logical tests. Then wait for the human resources to confirm for the interview.
