Mainly questions on managing customers, how do you manage customer expectations and ensure a good experience customer complaint handling focusing on conflict resolution management and communication skills. How do you handle a customer when you have no solution to their problem?

The interview was very engaging but enjoyable. The panelists asked my opinions on several things which challenged my thinking. My opinions and perspectives seemed valued and they also sought my opinion on several developmental and growth company issues.
