You talk to John for a half hour and then you take a test. The test is about the hospitality business such as what are some white and red wines, how to open a wine bottle, how to pour wine. Also they ask you if you can set up a bar. The overall experience was laid back until the test. They don't tell you beforehand that you will have a test so it comes as a shocker. Hopefully everyone knows now!
