Staffbase had very friendly interviewers and employees. The process was smooth with good communication. The process had multiple steps, but I understand that this is needed to find the right candidates to hire.

Entrevista
First round with recruiter, was standard. Then 2 rounds - 1. Managerial and 1 systems, then a take home assignment and presentation in front of the team. The take home assignment is open ended. I had a thoroughly designed system that they were happy with.

Entrevista
The interview was great and straightforward. It consists of a couple of steps:
- HR screening
- Home assignment
- 1 hour technical and 1 hour behavioural
It was a pleasure dealing with such professionals, they tried to make the process smooth and stress-free. You don't feel any pressure and the team helps you to succeed. Amazing interview experience!
