Well I sent my resume online, and I received a mail from 2 different people, one called me and made some questions and the another one didn´t call and just sent me a mail saying the process was quite competitive and the possition was already filled. The guy who called me asked me some questions about my experience and my expected salary, so since this is the second time there is a rejection to me, I am pretty sure it is because the salary answer, so I advice if the salary is no according to ur target don´t make feel people like are not good enough for the possition, just tell them the true and give a honest feedback.

Entrevista
It consists of one phone call from the H.H.R.R department (30min), then a video interview with two Project Manager and another candidate, then a google form exercise. If you pass those filter a video Interview with a senior PM/BA and as a final step a video interview with the General Manager and another senior PM/BA, a background check from previous supervisors (3), and if you pass all those filters then you are good to talk with the CEO.
