Interview with program manager then department senior director. Usually one-on-one. At one point there were panel interviews with program staff but that was discontinued. They will ask questions about dealing with difficult clients and how you would respond to that.

The biggest problem we had in hiring new team members was finding people who would accept the salary. If you have the education and experience as long as you accept the salary you will likely receive an offer.
