HR contacted me and scheduled a virtual interview, sending me a Zoom link. The interview was conducted by a panel of two people, a clinical educator and a manager. They gave an overview of the interview and asked about 10 questions, including my past experience, certifications, teamwork, and scenario-based questions. The scenarios were specific to the unit I was applying for.
