I was asked to prepare a "3-slide presentation that best demonstrate[d] [my] suitability for the post". After delivering this, I was asked a set of questions pertaining to the job description and person specification - how they assessed these were outlined in the job description (i.e., each criterion was coded to show how and when it would be assessed).
