Great experience with the Squirrel Systems interview process. Always felt the communication was open and honest. HR representative was a treat to deal with in my first phone call and interview. The process was efficient, and I felt everything had a purpose. I was never left in the dark as to where we were in the process, and was thrilled to get an offer a few weeks after applying.

- 1 Skype interview (remote location)
- Completed some "character" homework.

Many character questions about what makes you tick. Do you like sports? What is your favorite food? Do you like restaurants? Would you consider yourself a social person? Etc.
Also the usual sales, revenue, and experience questions. How much revenue do you currently manage? How have you grown your sales? What would your customers say about you? Tell me a situation that you went above and beyond...

Entrevista
First interview was with HR and lasted 30 minutes. Second interview was with direct manager and lasted 1 hour. The format for the second interview was like a "fireside chat".
