Be ready for a very long process with numerous interviews. Very standard interviews, lots of relationship questions and influence. You will need to complete a case study, build a deck and present to a panel.

Horrible experience overall. I applied online and had a phone interview scheduled with a recruiter. He failed to call me during our appointment time. I emailed back and got a response that he was sick and "thought" he reached out to me to reschedule (he didn't). I emailed him back and he sent me a link to reschedule. His next available date was well over a week later. After the phone screen I had two zoom interviews set up with senior managers. For the first one, I logged in 10 minutes early, and the zoom link they sent me required a password. I emailed the recruiter who wasn't wasn't much help. He ended up rescheduling the zoom call. The second zoom interview went off without a hitch. The manager was friendly. Quite casual conversation about my background, etc with a couple behavioral questions thrown in. The rescheduled first zoom call was scheduled to take place next. I was on 10-15 minutes early, and the manager never showed up. I emailed the recruiter and apparently the manager "thought" the interview was at a different time (it wasn't, we both got the same invite). He eventually called me and said he was on the zoom call. This was about at the end of our scheduled interview time. I logged back on, and he wasn't on the zoom call. I texted him saying so, and he responded "i'm on the link they gave me". He eventually sent me the zoom link. I clicked the zoom link on my phone and joined myself (already logged in on my laptop). He was on the wrong zoom call the whole time, and basically blamed me for it. He finally got on the correct zoom call , but explained he had another interview in a few minutes. He wanted to reschedule after that was done. I made sure to ask him which zoom bridge I should come on, and he told me the same one we are on now. I went to join our new scheduled interview 10 minutes early, and the manager was on that same zoom bridge interviewing someone else. I got off immediately. Eventually we had our zoom interview. I don't think I did great as I was pretty frazzled by spending hours that afternoon preparing and trying to figure out this mess. After that I hadn't heard anything for over a week. i sent a followup email to the recruiter. The next day I got a rejection email. It's a needlessly drawn out interview process, and I had poor communication and errors from Squaretrade throughout. I would have done amazing in that position, I guess it's there loss.

Waste of time. Spoke with a recruiter and then had two zoom interviews the following week. I was told there would be a third zoom interview but never heard anything. Followed up with the recruiter and was told people were on vacation, that was a month ago.
