I think (if I remember correctly) the first interview was over the phone where they determined experience and reasons for applying etc. The second stage interview I went in to meet the founder of the company who dived deeper into my level of experience and ambitions with the business. For the third stage, I was emailed a sales pitch and had a few days to prepare a roleplay to prospective business owners, which I had to deliver to the founder and sales director in-person.
