First got a phone call using a job portal from where they have shortlisted my profile and then they schedule the interview which started with introduction and then some basic questions about the position and about my family

The interview goes very well also my salary was discussed by HR. But after the salary discussion, I haven't received any response from her side even after a reminder. If a company is not interested to hire someone they have to inform clearly so that candidate should not wait for further.
