The interview was 1:1 with the owner. Since this position was through a referral, I only had to impress the owner with the work that I had done in the past and my general attitude towards working on what they were doing. Some of the stuff I had no experience about, however I believe that all what was necessary was convincing that I could adapt and learn stuff quickly.
