Applied online, delivered my resume in person and talked the manager. Had an interview on the spot and said they would call me. Came in less than a week later for background check and drug test. Said they would call me with the results. The very next day, they called me again and said that I had been cleared and that I would come in to finish up paperwork and start as the first day on the job.
The whole process was handled by three different people, leading to confusion and frustrating. They sent me home on the first day because I didn't have my social security card (no one told me to bring it!).
Wasn't ever flat out told what I would be making or what title I had. It would have been nice if they said "You have to be 18 for all but one position. Would you like this position? It makes $8 an hour." I would have said yes regardless. It's just courtesy to let us know.

Pretty simple questions about the position and yourself. It was a one on one interview that lasted about 10 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot. No drug test were done.

Entrevista
It was on hiring day so I just showed up and waited my turn for an interview. The manager was there and asked about my availability and work experience. We had a pretty good conversation about how he got a job at Sprouts. He said since I was going for a job in the front of the store that he would have to give my application to another manage and that he would be calling people by the end of the week and I never got a call.
Was a simple interview. Just asked why I wanted to work at sprouts. What was my strenths and weaknesses. Then did a drug test swab and that was pretty much it.
