It was a job fair, we stood outside in line for about an 1hr. When I got in I sat down with a store manager. He asked me standard retail questions such as tell me what you would do to make sure the team has fun. If a customer stopes you what would you do? He then set me up with another person then that person said he would get back with me.

There was a phone screen, an in person interview and then the offer. Overall the interviews were fair and good questions. I could tell the Company was interested in my personal connection with the brand.

The interview consisted of meeting with the store manager and assistant manager. After a series of routine questions about my experience and knowledge-check, I was able to speak with the regional director. I was offered a job on the spot and accepted.
