I applied on-line. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from the front-end manager asking me to come in for an interview the very next day with one of the CSM's. The CSM that interviewed me was super cool and made me feel right at ease. Unfortunately, this person no longer works there. She asked me the standard questions like Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work here? and Describe yourself using 5 adjectives. She told me she wanted me to come back and meet with the front-end manager (the one who initially called). So, two days later, I met with him. He and the assistant store manager interviewed me and asked some different questions from the original interview. Still nothing too terribly difficult. And they basically told me right there that they were going to hire me and I got an immediate drug test using a mouth swab.

Everything was pretty standard as far as interview questions. Nothing too tricky.

“The Sprouts interview is straightforward and conversational. Candidates are contacted within days of applying, and entry-level interviews are usually in-person with a manager. Questions focus on availability, customer service, teamwork, and fit with the company culture. The process is friendly and relaxed.”

The interview was pretty straightforward. The managers are nice and the store is clean. I was offered a decent wage. I will be looking into the company and seeing if its a good fit.

Good and not difficult if you prepare. Nice culture and process from what I see. Good and not difficult if you prepare. Nice culture and process from what I see.
