It was very easy and straightforward. They asked typical interview questions, lasted about 5 minutes or less and were nice. Asked about me, my background and or previous experience, and my strengths and weaknesses.
Single interview with next-day offer. Simple questions about customer service and availability with store tour. Very nice and engaged team members. Ability to ask questions. Conversational in nature. Be sure to have specific examples of work history.
