One from your department and the other from other department Last round: it's with the hiring manager and the director. You have to do a pretty long presentation (it took me two evenings): a social media strategy from a brand you thing is good. One social media strategy you had done and a why me (30 min long) follow by regular interview I was rejected at the last round. Director services show up late to the interview and the give their no lol It is upsetting spending a lot of personal time preparing such a long hiring process and not only don't get hired in the last round but just got an automatic message.
