The recruiter contacted me soon after submitting my CV and arranged the first conversation. We then arranged another call to clarify some details but the recruitment team were super efficient with this. The first virtual screen with a Manager from the team and then the second virtual screening with the Head of Corporate and Enterprise were within days of each other and finally we had a Virtual Interview where I presented to a panel, a unique process because they didn't ask me to just do a demo discovery call like all the others but really took the time to get to know me. The whole process took only 2 weeks from start to finish and the team were very understanding when it came to other interviews and offers I was considering. Overall a very good interview experience which makes all the difference when you're choosing your next role!
