Probably one of the best interview experiences I’ve had in a while. Tech sector interview can be draining, drawn out and sometimes like you are going through the motions. With Sprout it felt personable, organised efficient. The recruiter (Michelle) and the supporting team couldn’t of been any more helpful and human throughout the process, a real credit to Sprout. I never found myself chasing or wondering what was next. All in all, top class experience.

Initial screening with internal talent acquisition, this was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, the final stage was a group presentation to a panel of staff, the hiring manager, senior executive and team manager.
