My phone screening with the recruiter was rescheduled twice. The first time I had to reach out to see what was going on as he never called me - he blamed it on a fire drill, however, apparently couldn't call or email me to inform me. The second time the same recruiter told me he had to leave early that day last-minute. Once we finally got around to the phone call it was nothing out of the ordinary. The recruiter made it seem like I was a great fit and that I would be moving forward in the process, but that wasn't the case. I still think Sprout is a great company and would apply again, but this recruiter definitely tainted my view a bit.
