It involved 3 interview rounds and 1 assessment. The HR screened and arranges a skill interview with one of the Senior Managers at the company. The Manager was extremely rude and looked disengaged for the most part. Aslo, in the middle of the interview she stated they they are gonna hire me for a team lead role and not the manager role because apparently she was confused. For the next round, they asked me to complete an assessment which was clearly outside the scope of the role. I still studied and prepared for it and presented the solution. I was hoping they would talk about it in the next round which they didn't. all my efforts went down the drain. After all the hardwork and multiple rounds they sent the rejection mail with no proper reasoning and feedback. The company is a red flag for anywon who is planning to join a mid senior/senior role. There are people sitting who don't have any decency to conduct interviews and are completely clueless and confused about the entire process.
