Entrevista
Very relaxed and easy. You essentially meet with the director and have a conversation about your qualifications and goals. Director will stress that the company is not corporate and does not want to become big and corporate. Stressed also the importance of you handling your schedule and your day. I was told that we do not meet but quarterly and reports are minimal. Productivity was the main focus and that was measured by numbers, etc.

Discussed my past employment history and the healthcare providers I could possibly bring to the table.Discussed the changes in healthcare and my thoughts regarding these changes.Thru this process I could tell you would need to be disciplined and a self starter.
