Applied on a job board, and was contacted via email to set up a brief phone call about a day later. The call lasted about 5 minutes and was pretty basic; went over my resume and scheduled a face to face interview for that weekend. I came in and sat down with two managers back to back. I took a personality and general aptitude test, and I was told I would have a decision be it yes or no by phone in a few days. It was very busy on the showroom floor so all in all the interview and testing process took about 2 1/2 hours. I was hired via phone call about five days later and started that following Monday.
