I met with the Senior Production Editor and the Managing Production Editor. They first talked through what the role would entail. I was then given an opportunity to discuss my background, followed by a few general interview questions questions (eg what will be the most challenging part of this job). I was then given a 30 minute test followed by another general interview with someone from the HR department.
