Well, this is during the the lockdown period. The interview process was pretty quick of 4 rounds spread over 1.5 weeks and obviously as it was lockdown all over India, they happened on video call. 1st round was getting to know me overall and my experience so far and the 2nd was kind of a technical and scenario based eg: what would I do in a particular situation. 3rd round was with the Lead BA and Head of BA community (Netherlands) and was quick. 4th round was with ECM dept. head it was the longest one but I think that was mostly an overall getting to know me as a person, my likes ,dislikes, what would I do in certain situations and there some questions like "what do you do in your free time". I believe the process was spread over a week because of lockdown otherwise its a matter of max 2 days. Post that I got a call from the HR to inform me about the salary and leaves structure(offer was not discussed at this stage). As I was in parallel interview process with several other companies, they asked me the names of those companies which I was a bit hesitant to reveal but the HR said it won't be a problem but they'd need it just to put forth a case in terms of salary negotiation. After 1 day, I got an email with he offer letter to sign and the offer amount was a tad bit greater than my expectations and the negotiations with other organisations, so I accepted it.

Have applied through Job portal and got a call within 2 days. There were 3 rounds, 1st HR, 2nd ops and 3rd ops (Technical round) . The questions from the panel were short and not ready to accept the answer. Mean time have checked there linkdin profiles and was shocking that no one have more than 6 years of experience. So the interview selection process is pretty immature and fixed in terms of selection. As there were guys who has reference got selected as well. Note to the management - Please have a look at your interview panel, as you will loosing better resources.
