Very easy interview process. One phone screen and one on-site interview. Technical screening was minimal. Communication between Springbrook, the recruiting company and candidate was very broken. The recruiting company billed the position as FTE but Springbrook was looking for Contract to Hire. During salary negotiations it was evident Springbrook was very unwilling to negotiate above what they decided to pay the position which was under average market rate. Additionally they were insisting on paying the contract period the same rate as the regular salary which is against standard contracting pay precedents.
