Initial interview was with HR, followed by a zoom meeting with the Regional and National directors.
Following that I was invited to a week long in house/on road training course.

Basically my experience in the industry was the min questions, as I worked on the high street for 20 years and with 2 hybrid companies , Springbok was a great fit for me.
