I applied through company website and got an email after 3 days for online technical test. There were some multiple choice questions and query writing and it went well. Immediate next day I got a call from the company HR and scheduled a phone interview with DBA architect. The call went smooth with few technical questions and managerial questions. The over all experience was good.
