I applied and was reached out to by a recruiter within a few days, I scheduled my first phone interview nearly a month out and the recruiter never called me despite checking in via email. This was the most unprofessional experience with a recruiter as I was a big fan of the brand up until this experience.

I made it to round 3 out of 5 interviews. I really loved the hiring manager and felt like I connected with her, her interviewing style was more converstational and I felt extermely comfortable. I really wish I could have received feedback, I always get really bad anxiety during inteviews. I thought I connected well with the lead CSA but I guess not after not moving forward to the next round. The recruiter was very attentive, but I think it's important for jobs to offer feedback especially after rounds of interviews.
