I applied for a position online, about a month and a half later I received an invite for a phone interview. I was asked for a schedule of days and times through email, and once I provided them the correspondent chose a time that was not included in my available times. I was unable to answer the phone at the time, and when I replied later they decided not to reschedule my interview.

A phone interview, an in-person interview, submitting a writing sample and then a final interview to discuss the writing sample. The phone interview is a basic run-down on the position, they ask about salary expectancy right away, and let you know it's long hours. Something good to know before you move on in the interview process. The interviews were with 3 other people, making it a bit more like a conversation and less daunting than a 1-on-1. The first interview was very basic, asking general questions about qualifications and work experience. After submitting a writing sample, you get to discuss it in person with others. They ask more focused questions about yourself, your goals and career expectations.
