      Entrevista

      I interviewed with Spotzer. It has started on November 2021 to March 2022. On November, HR interviewed with just standard background check. 2 months later, they communicated for Manager interview. I've accepted and interviewed him.The big problem is Manager the interview 2 times and one delayed of them just in actual time. Finally we did an interview with him but at the beginning of the interview they went for another meeting for 10 mins and then came back. He said we will send you an assignment and I got it. It was not a big deal but it tooks few times. I believe that I completed it so well. After I've committed, they have came back for last interview for code check and I accepted. I did it with two guys, very basic quesions about my coding. I bet the interviewers don't know how designing a system, and they don't know about candidate assessment. Their questions and approaches were pretty basic and irrelevant. After all these steps, I've asked them for updates and they came back to me with we will decide next week for this position. After one more week,I've checked them again and again. I just forced them to be respectful and after all they came me back with standard negative answer. Obviously, they are so disrespectful to their candidates. My advise is run away if you seen their job post! They don't know what their looking for!

      Entrevista

      First stage is skype interview with hr and director of technology. It is like introduction meeting Second stage is coding assignment. It is devoloping flexable api. It is not big deal but it takes some time I send my solution however they dont reply me even inquire my assignment status. I send an email to hr director which explain my interview experience. After that tech director send me mail to we focus on internal process so that we missed out responding to your emails and requested the feedback of the programming assignment.we'd like to disscuss it however nobody call me and explain my assignment status As a result, If you are outsider from Amsterdam. I strongly advice you dont waste your time with Spotzer. They could not known what they looking for or they bad at planning acquisition process Note: The Job description available now. They just delete visa sponsorship part from it
