Entrevista
Took 4 months due to originally applying for a Social Media Associate role, but was then put forward to interview for a Community Manager. The process was far too long, I wouldn't even expect a CEO to go through the process I did.
It started back in August and ended in November. it involved numerous phone calls, video calls, and emails. However, they were very slow at responding, often promising to get back by certain times and did not. They were apologetic, but it's not a very professional method.
In the end I didn't receive an offer however, I never revived any bad feedback, always good comments and people saying "I am definitely happy to put you forward for the next stage" (at every stage).
Advice to others. Be prepared to wait at least 2+ months.

Amazing, very kind, and generous with their time. They made me feel comfortable and right at home when describing my previous community management experience. I worked in the gaming industry so its a bit different than music and they helped me understand the differences.
