3 months of phone, Google Hangouts and in person interviews all bunched in with a mock project and in-person presentation was the most dreadful experience ever. To top it off, my HR contact took 3 weeks to reply to a single email. Going through the motions and wanting to seal the deal on a job you know you are hell of qualified is enough to deal with but the mentally draining interview process and lack of communication through HR is the worst experience I have ever experienced. The presentation I was asked to create was way too much. I have to say I am so traumatized from the process, I deleted their platform, l am disgusted by the process.
