You apply and they ask you if you are down for a commission based sales job. Basically though if you just say yes to everything you will get the job. They don't really have to worry too much because outside of the HR hiring guy and maybe a phone call with a sales director, they don't really invest much upfront.

Entrevista
There were three phone calls of graduated importance. Each interviewer was highly competent and professional. The phone calls focused on my industry knowledge, product understanding and a comparison to the competition. I was impressed.

Entrevista
It was very informative. The interview initially started with phone call just to explain what the company way about. I then got an follow up phone call the following evening to answer any questions I may have had. Then a final call from the diector which lasted aproximately an hour was carried out in order to assess my skills. A very straight forward process.
