Painfully slow, and overall very disappointing with no concrete conclusion. Initial feedback following first round in-person interview took 6 weeks. Upon reaching out myself for the second time to check in, I was advised I was a "top contender" and that I would have follow-up that day. It has now been 2 months officially since my first interview with spot (three total interviews); and I have had zero feedback as to where I stand in the process. Super misleading recruitment process for a new company that is trying to grow its reputation not only in Indianapolis/Charlotte, but nationally as a "top" brokerage firm.
