The interview process wasn't too lengthy. I could tell that not only were they searching for an individual who had experience and could catch on quickly but also someone who would fit with the company culture. They stressed the importance of that even for applying to an internship.

Phone screen that lasted about 20 minutes with someone in their HR department followed by an on site interview a few weeks later at their downtown Indianapolis location. Fairly easy process
