Interview lasted about 10 minutes. She didn't say much. She seemed quite concerned about the fact that I would have to travel into the area (even though it was only a 20 minute train ride). The next day i got an email saying i was unsuccessful
The interview process at Sports Direct was straightforward and focused mainly on customer service, teamwork, and availability. The interviewer asked about handling busy situations, working under pressure, and interacting with customers. The atmosphere was relaxed.
The interview had a relaxed vibe. Nice and basic questions about experience, hobbies, that sort of thing. For example what is your favourite thing to cook? Also some behavioural type questions. For example would would you do in certain situations.
