Very positive, mostly behavior questions related to previous experiences and why you want to work at an outdoor retailer. Some questions about community. All managers were very nice and the interview went smoothly.

Entrevista
Pretty simple. Applied in-person and received a call within a few days. Went back to meet the department manager and answered a few question and then met with the store manager and answered a few more. Offered me the job on the spot and showed me around the store. Paper work took a few more days to go through.
