There was initial call with a 3rd party recruiter, where I was told the terms in which I agreed to start the process. There were 3 stages: 1. A home assignment task for 7-10 days, which I did in 2 days, but then I had to wait 1 more week for them to evaluate the other candidates tests. 2. Tech interview with 3 senior front-end engineers - which I passed successfully 3. Last interview with engineering manager or squad lead (as they call it), which I also passed successfully. And then I was supposed to get a call from the talent acquisition team. Around 2 weeks later, still nobody contacted me and I approached the initial recruiter in LinkedIn, asking for any feedback. I didn't get any reply of my first message, then after the weekend I sent another message, asking again for feedback. After my second message, the recruiter got back to me saying she is having a call in the afternoon with them and will get back to me after it. Which she did and the message was that they want to make me an offer but with completely different the initially agreed terms. Against my interest, of course. In summary, it was pretty disappointing, since I have invested a lot of time and efforts in it, and not even mentioning the waiting time. It's redundant to say that, unless you want to be lied to, I don't recommend this company to anyone.
