Terrible. I saw the most recent review and was shocked as it was completely the same as my experience. SEVEN hours to complete (quite frankly) a huge task. No assets given, no logos, fonts, colour schemes, photographs... so that took an hour or so just to look for. As unpaid tasks go, this was completely unreasonable to turn around within the week (given I only got the task Monday evening) especially if you work full time/have family to look after. I also received a generic rejection email after submitting (and after having to remind the recruiter that I had completed it) even though in the initial conversation with the recruiter stated the words 'to complete this task to discuss in your interview'. What interview? I brought up this in an email to receive feedback that I didn't get through because it 'looked thrown together'. Well of course it did, I was doing a task with no resources in the little free time I have in the evenings. Review also mentioned my lack of experience, which i had very clearly previously stated to the recruiter my lack of UX skills who told me 'those skills can be taught' ... well obviously someone doesn't think so. Waste of time, never had a more ridiculous interview process in my life.

Interview had many steps. First was a phone interview with the Sponge's recruitment department, then a phone interview with Head of Design. Was then emailed a visual task to complete and bring to an interview and present along with my portfolio. Then received a phone call of conformation of my employment
