45-minute phone interview focused heavily on client-management experience. Not excessively difficult, but was expecting to get through to in-person interview. Colleague says they did two phone interviews several years apart and was told both times they didn't have enough experience, so neither of us is sure what exactly they're looking for!

I was asked to complete a lot of work to apply for this role and I have since vowed to never to do free work for a company as part of an interview process. In total I spent at least 4 hours on work to apply for this job to only have one of the interviewers say at the start she needed to leave the interview early because she was too busy to be fully involved - before I'd even begun.
