Phone interview. The interviewer was 20 minutes late calling. She called from a stairwell, so there was lots of background noise. She asked some brief questions about my educational background and then seemed stuck for questions. So, I asked her questions about the company and the role. For every question I asked, her response was "that's a beautiful question. I will have to check and get back to you." Then, she said that I sounded like a good fit and she would be in touch for a second interview. I was hired by another company shortly afterwards and I never heard from Spoke Agency again.
